Joe is an ex – Director of Service with over 20 years clinical, managerial, evaluation and research experience within Health, Social Care and Disability services in Ireland and the United Kingdom. His particular areas of expertise include : Quality & Audit – evaluation and preparation work to meet HIQA Standards.  He is Ireland’s most experienced consultant in the area of service evaluation having conducted more than 120 audits on services in the Health, Social Care and Disability sectors. Organisational Development – service evaluation, accreditation, governance, new service planning and development, policy procedure and guideline development. Mentoring & Training – Joe is a mentor and advisor to CEOs and Senior Managers across the Irish health and social care sector.

Bringing more than 20 years clinical, managerial and academic experience in Ireland and the UK to her role, Nicola is Head of Training at The Wolfe Group.

A qualified Nurse Tutor, with a background in nursing in the areas of Intellectual Disability and Mental Health, Nicola’s areas of expertise include :

Strategic Development of Training Partnerships with national organisations

Medication Management Training for Non-Nursing staff

Medication Management Policy development and review

Training of Trainers in Responsible & Safe Administration of  Medication

Dual Diagnosis (people with an intellectual disability and mental health needs)

Suicide Risk Assessment

Qualifications : LLB, LLM (Child Law), Cert Legal Studies, EDY ( Education for the Developmentally Young) Trainer

Trevor offers highly specialised expertise in the areas of Quality & Audit – HIQA Standards, service evaluation and reviews, gap analyses and remedial action planning, investigations and advising on policy and assessment in the area of mental and legal capacity.  Using HIQA Standards, he has conducted numerous gap analyses on Irish disability services.  He also delivers training on Quality & Audit – preparing for implementation of HIQA standards, Managers Training, Fit Persons Training; Child and Adult Protection, Risk Assessment, Documentation & Record Keeping, Mental & Legal Capacity and Autism Awareness for Teachers.

Qualifications : R.N.I.D., Dip Couns. & Psychotherapy, Dip. Supervision, M.I.A.H.I.P, E.C.P.

Mary has many years clinical and managerial experience in the field of Intellectual Disability.  She has worked in various disability services throughout Ireland and has managed an intellectual disability service.  She is also a qualified psychotherapist and clinical supervisor to staff in the counselling, psychotherapy and social/healthcare professions.

Mary has been involved in many GAP analyses of services in preparation of HIQA standards. She has conducted numerous service reviews nationally and is expert in the delivery of programmes on Person Centred Planning, Epilepsy, Abuse, Sexuality and Relationships.

An ex-Director of Nursing and Nurse Tutor in the HSE , Michael brings almost 40 years clinical and managerial experience in Ireland and the UK to his role as Consultant and Trainer at The Wolfe Group.  He has lectured in Nurse Management Development Programmes and been involved in the opening of three training schools for R.N.I.Ds.  He delivers training in the areas of Nurse Management, Training for Trainers, Medication Management, Epilepsy and Challenging Behaviour.

Qualifications : R.P.N., R.G.N., Dip. Management & Industrial Relations, Master Trainer ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

Ned offers almost 40 years experience in managerial and clinical roles in Health & Social Care organisations, half of those in the area of Mental Health Service delivery.  With considerable expertise in the development and management of new services including Home Care, Day and Residential Services, Ned delivers training and consultancy in Behaviour Management, Organisational Management, Clinical Audit, Person Centred Planning and Mental Health & Mental Illness awareness.

Qualifications: RNID, RGN, Clinical Teachers Certificate, Degree in Management and Industrial Relations. Graduate Dip. Healthcare Quality and Risk Management

Marian has extensive management experience in intellectual disability and older person’s services, and was an extremely experienced lead inspector with HIQA. Marian is a very welcome addition to our specialist expert regulatory and compliance support team and she will be supporting service in the west of Ireland, midlands and Dublin.

A number of other experts work with us including Martina Keane, Brighide Lynch, Clodagh King, Deirdre Hayes, Margaret Conway; and our team is constantly expanding.
