Training of Trainers in Responsible & Safe Medication Management (C)

Due to customer requests The Wolfe Group is hoping to offer the Training of Trainers in Responsible & Safe Medication Management (C) in the autumn. If you are interested in a place on this programme please email nicola@thewolfegroup.ie

The dates are as follows: 24th, 25th, 26th October; 6th, 7th November; 28th, 29th and 30th November. The venue is unconfirmed yet but likely to be the Midlands or Dublin.

So far the training of trainers programme has been delivered on 20 occasions with excellent feedback. The programme is skills based and at the end of the programme those who successfully complete the eight-day training will be equipped with a full PowerPoint presentation, on a data-key, to deliver to non-nursing staff in their own setting.  The nurses concerned will also have been trained in how to complete the required clinical assessments of staff, how to administer and mark examinations and feedback to the staff concerned. We will also of course be available for support following completion of the training of trainers programme.

A recent participant  on our  training of trainers(completed this year) stated: “This course was comprehensive, covering a broad range of areas; medication management, pharmacology and how to deliver the 2 day programme. The facilitator was fantastic, so knowledgeable, interesting, accommodating. My expectations were exceeded. The programme covered far more areas than I expected, which was great.”

This programme is open to registered nurses only.
